Lately, quite often treat the question of how should be properly planted with dry stone wall. Walls, as such, I like it. Not the modern, concrete precast what looks like real stone, but the real, what line the country lanes, arise from the old tumbledown walls, now nonexistent home. Walls are formed as people worked their fields, and collected stones stacked along the boundary. Walls which are hidden lizards and insects, which nest in small birds. In Finally, there are also new walls that arise from our gardens as a decorative element and are fitted with different kinds of hardy alpine plants. For me personally the most beautiful walls of the old marl stones on which they signed the ravages of time. They are slightly weathered, cracked and covered with interesting plants. Rod Prometheum is a small, distinct, monophyletic (natural) group of 8 species having a common origin. The group evolved from the genus Sedum subgenus Gormania in Iranian - Turkish area. Some species are closely related genus Rosularia, which differ from the absence of developed caudex, shaped cyme inflorescence instead of panicles, less connected petals. Seven taxa are recorded from areas in Turkey, three species are endemic in Anatolia - P. chrysanthum, P. muratdaghense, P. sempertinicum var. serpetinicum and P. serpetinicum var. giganteum. The remaining four species are distributed in the Caucasus, Iran and Iraq - namely, P. Aizoon, P. pilosum, P. and P. rechingeri sempervivoides.

Whether orostachysy among sedum or not is a question of perspective. When zalistujeme in older publications dealing with those sukulentím plants, we find it included in the genus Sedum - Orostachys group. Sedum is kimnachii plant native to Mexico. It is not a botanical species, its occurrence is described as a garden hybrid of unknown origin. When I won the first herbaceous stem cuttings with top rosettes, push them into a deep dish, which formed very early roots. Within a short time filled the bowl of thick vegetation sukulentního křovíčka, not higher than 15 cm. Nevertheless, it is a plant in cultivation relatively rare, though not impressed me with respect. I know a lot more beautiful. During the winter the leaves from the stems subsided slowly dřevnatějících and retain only the top rosette. It had seemed quite interesting. So I broke in the spring a few adult stem and let it take root again. I locate the small pots in a sunny place in the garden a bit and forgot about them. Sedoides Sedum stonecrop is an evergreen species, which are decorated with large, white and very showy. It's a beautiful rock plant growing on rocks and in rock crevices, in areas of India, Pakistan and Kashmir, at altitudes from 2000 to 3500 m, where the environment with little competition from other plant species. It is strange that on this beautiful herb is so little information and those that I managed to on the Internet, are either austere botanical descriptions or if I may say familiarly completely "out of place." Let me give some pearls, for example, that the species is žlutokvětý or suitable for dry and sunny places.
