So we have finally spring. This winter was really for some types of sedum really challenging. To my surprise, there was a relatively large losses for common European species such as Sedum hispanicum minus, minus Aureum hispanicum Sedum, Sedum and Sedum dasyphyllum forsterianum. These kinds I almost died and left a rich clumps pieces, which again takes root.
The genus Sedum is a large family, which can be found on almost the entire northern hemisphere. Some species require a sunburn, some shade, some species grow on the bottom of the marshy banks of streams and rivers, other species found on rocky cliffs above the sea level and collect moisture from the sea salt water surf. As shown, a single crop is not matter, as is unfortunately the most largely presented. Usually I meet with the idea .. "when sedum, so the sunburn." Perhaps such Sedum stoloniferum (now Phedimu stoloniferus) in full sun most definitely wiped. For successful cultivation is a must create good conditions. This will save a lot of trouble and I do not have time to devote subsequently saving plants.
