This Japanese Stonecrop got me from the first day I got it into his collection. Few species creates a striking, bright rose from zelelné čárkovitých, leských sheets with a characteristic, a central longitudinal groove. Sedum is rupifragum polovzpřímeným species. Slightly procumbent stems are erect at the ends to a height of 8 cm. Leaves persist in the upper two thirds.

The species occurs in the south island of Honshu. In our conditions, zimuvzdorný, provided that it ensures a dry place. The growing Sedum rupifragum is not difficult. Polostinné place is ideal for maintaining a bright green color and fully developed rosettes. For location in full sun leaves get a red tinge, forming hundreds of tiny dots.
